HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOSH!!!

 Today is our babyboy's birthday....and I am not EVEN gonna say how old he is today because there is NO way that I'm old enough to have my baby be 39 yrs old.....OOPS.  Truth is out!  Just means I have been a very happy mom of the sweetest boy for that long!! (you could even say he's been the best valentine I've ever gotten!!)

TODAY WE CELBRATE THE CAP'N OF THIS CREW!!!

 Some often wonder why the grandkids call their grandfather "Cap'n".....well, this is why!

In 2006, he had a wild hair and decided he wanted to sail a boat.  So he did!

Bought Blew Bayou and sailed all thru the Caribbean and into most of Central America!!

For 9 seasons, February thru June, he sailed.  I was first mate, of course, when I was on board, but many times, our sons crewed with him. And some of his friends. He most definitely had The Grand Adventure and loved it. But soon into 2010, the grandbabies started arriving and our sons were not able to help as much because they now had responsibilities of their own!  But those grandbabies were taught at a very young age about all of  his travels on a boat and that he was the Captain!!

So....CAP'N was born and the name stuck!!!

Now, he's the captain of THIS crew!!!

And of this babygirl!!! 💓

We celebrate him today and wish him

THE HAPPIEST BIRTHDAY EVER!!

WE LOVE YOU!!!

LANE is also a February Birthday Boy!!

 One more ... how can this be???  This precious little boy...

has now turned into a precious young boy!!!

He is always set on GO!!!

Whether it be on the baseball field..

Or on the football field..

Or the basketball court!

He hunted with his dad this year and got his first deer!!!

And LOVES being a part of the hunting cousin crew!!

And just hanging out with them!

and his YaYa!!!

And his sweet girl, River!

But as all my grandchildren...he loves his FAMILY most!!

Enjoying time together on a ski trip a few weeks ago!

AUSTIN'S 13TH BIRTHDAY!!

 Another TEENAGER in our family???? 👀😍    Yes, we do!!!  They are growing up so fast..sigh...

This boy is an athlete!!!  Football..Baseball..Basketball..depending on what season it is!! And it all started with this....

He and his family are on a baseball field almost every weekend and a lot of weekdays during the seasons and they love it!!

Had a great football season with his school team!

When I sit here and think of adjectives to describe this guy, the one that comes to the top of my list is 

KIND!  A kind child!

Not to mention loving and thoughtful and fun and oh, so funny!

And this sweet sweet boy is my grandson 💓💝!
