Lilli's 15th Birthday!!!!!

 Say it ain't so!!!!  How can our one yr old granddaughter...

be 15 yrs old today????

She was the most adorable and sweetest baby!.....and man, oh man....is she ever a beautiful young woman now!!

She is our first grandchild and of course, she would say, she's our favorite...especially in front of all of her cousins!  No faves around here but that first grandchild does hold a special place in your heart!  And on top of that....as a mom of 3 boys...WOW..how much fun did I have playing dress up and doing "girly" things with her!!!!

But once she got old enough, her dad turned her into a true hunter....which just puts him over the moon!!  (having only daughters, he thought he wouldn't get to teach and bond with his children thru hunting...HA...both his girls love the sport and time spent with him!)

She's a dove hunter!

She's a deer hunter!

And she's a duck hunter!!!

Also a potato hunter/digger!!!  HaHaHa...she helped Cap'n dig up potatoes from his garden!!

She also has an after school job....tending to horses at the stable where she takes riding lessons!

She LOVES her horse, Little Rock!  And she's a pretty cute equestrian, if I do say so!!

Yesterday, she and I had an early celebration of her big day.  Here she is with 15 roses from her late grandmother, Granna, who "mysteriously" sent them to her!  She's gotten a rose every yr on her birthday since the first one!!!  Granna's still right beside her 💓

Because the birthday girl is interested in learning to barrel race, I had to give her this picture of her Cap'n barrel racing when he was 13 yrs old!!!!  She loved it!!

Her family is SO important to her!

And her cousins!

and she's pretty special to her YaYa too!

So look out drivers of the highways....for this 15 year old now has her driver's permit 😳😎

FAMILY!!

Her family is everything to her and she is everything to them!

(what more could a mom of sons ask for than to have daughter in laws that are wonderful wives and moms??)

And she makes my circle of daughter in laws complete!!

I always wonder why it's so hard to find an indivdual pic of her and now I have proof!

She's usually always BEHIND the camera!!!

This girl is not only a wife and mom 100% of the time but she's just about a 100% PTA'er at the boy's school too!  She works tirelessly for her son's school as well as being a builder for this last yr!

Builder, you say??

They moved into their forever home right before Christmas 2024!!

And yes....she pretty much built the house!!

WE HAVE A DOUBLE DIGIT GIRL IN THIS NEW YEAR!!!

 Josephine Reese is 10 ys old today!!   Wow!  What a precious granddaughter we have in her....she is the daughter of my oldest son.  

Sigh....what joy she brings to all of us!

And during her 4th grade era....she was a participant in another 

era...The Eras Tour!!!

She's a little bit of a Mama's girl 💟..and a clone of that Mama!

As well as a Daddy's girl!  💓

She loves her big brother and will always be by his side!

(they both wear their dad's number from his baseball days....hers is soccer, his baseball!)

She falls in at #5, according to birth order, in the Cousin Crew...and loves those cousins SO much!!

How can this baby girl, who was born in 2015, have become such a darling girl so quickly??!
