Matt is 43!!

I'm chuckling because I had to get my calculator out to remember exactly how old he is now because, for the life of me, I cannot believe I have children of this age!!!!  Wow! Just Wow!  Blink of an eye, I tell ya!

This boy of mine continues to amaze me.  Just when I feel like I cannot feel any prouder of him...BAM 💥...he does something that makes my heart explode!!

A wonderful husband...an awesome father...and son....and brother.  A farmer, a land caretaker of deer camp, a very cool hunter and an important member of our business.  Not to mention how much fun he is being my friend!

the look on his face tells the whole story!

He celebrated yesterday with some of friends and their families at the lake!

It even looked like there was a parade on the water in honor of his birthday!!!
Hmmmm.....he must feel very patriotic seeing all the flags on those boats..heehee!!!

SO TRUE!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MATTHEW LEE...
WE LOVE YOU EVERSO!!

IT'S YOUR BIRTHDAY, CASE!!!

Today marks my baby boy's firstborn son's 11th trip around the sun!  He is an old soul, as we like to say; for he is reserved, but wise beyond his years.
He reminds me so much of his dad, my youngest son.
Kind. Sweet. Respectful. Funny. Not to mention...such a good looking young man!!

This boy loves the military.  Anything pertaining to World War II, he knows about it.  An avid reader, his librarian at school had to go to another school to gather more books for him to read because he'd exhausted the inventory at his school!  And any question we may have about war times, we just ask him.  If he doesn't know immediately....he will find out the answer for us!
So, for his birthday, his parents took he and his little brother to New Orleans to the National World War II Museum this weekend!!!  I cannot imagine any other thing that would have made this boy's birthday more complete!
Also got to have a taste of Nola beignets at Cafe du Monde!
I cannot wait to see him today and hear all about his weekend...I'm sure he was in heaven!

He's also a history buff at school, participating in school programs...

He's been enjoying learning the art of hunting with his dad too!

Even though he has many things he loves, the most important of all to him is his family!

Actually...he calls me YaYa...💖💖💖

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CASE..WE LOVE YOU EVERSO!!!
