Today is a very special day...and not because of what you're all thinking - pink hearts and red candy boxes...NOPE. Today is a cool man's birthday! Did I just say that??? MAN's birthday?????? Yes. Yes, I did....my little tow - headed baby boy is 36 yrs old today with a sweet, sweet wife and two little boys of his own. One of them tow-headed!!!!!!
He is a worker. Always has been. Takes whatever job is in front of him very seriously.
That has come in very handy since he is a part of our business and has taken great strides in making that business a good one!!
And always has made his dad and I very proud of his success in all tasks undertaken...
whether that be his job of hunting...!

or tackling the job of teaching his oldest son the art of hunting and gun safety...
and feeling that same ol' proudness when that oldest boy got his first deer this year!!
He takes those boys out on the pond that is beside his soon to be forever home to fish and sometimes to just have some father/son time!!
and even just some LSU family time!!!
I remember the day he was born like it was yesterday...the feeling I had, holding him in my arms, that he was going to prove himself in this world as a hard worker, a leader and a lover of family.
He has not let us down.
Man, oh man.....I love this birthday boy!!
