Summertime livin'...beautiful blooms, green landscapes, fresh grown vegetables!! Yes, I'd say livin' is pretty cool in the summertime!
On the menu tonight....Fresh Tomato Pie!
My boyfriend has grown the BEST vegetables in his garden this summer and he is keeping me verah happy with all of the produce. But the creme de la creme are the tomatoes!!

Last week ... 12 pints and 2 qts of red tomato relish....my mom's recipe and it was good therapy to do some good ol' fashioned canning!
